POLICE STATION REPRESENTATION
At IBB with HAL Solicitors, we don’t just attend police stations — we stand by your side when every second counts. Our highly experienced team regularly attend police stations across West and Northwest London, the Thames Valley, and Surrey. We also assist clients throughout Hertfordshire, across London and further afield. Wherever you are, we make sure your rights are protected from the start.
If you’ve been arrested or need immediate advice, call us now on 03309 994 999. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ready to act fast and fight for you at the police station. When your freedom is on the line, you need experts who know exactly what to do. We’re here for you.
If you are accused of committing a criminal offence, you may be asked to attend a police station for an interview about the allegation. This is known as a voluntary interview or Caution + 3 interview. Alternatively, you may be arrested and taken to the police station for questioning.
In either situation, if you are interviewed under police caution, you have the right to free and independent legal advice. No matter how innocent or guilty you think you are of the allegations, we would always strongly advise that you take advantage of free legal advice.
The advice you receive at the police station can be crucial — cases are often won or lost at this stage. IBB Crime with HAL Solicitors has a strong reputation for providing robust, accurate legal advice. Our guidance during the police station process regularly helps clients secure acquittals in serious cases, from sexual assault and weapons offences, through to murder.
All our lawyers and accredited police stations legal advisors are highly experienced in police station matters. We offer representation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If you are arrested or invited to a voluntary interview, make sure you request that we are notified so we can attend and represent you.
