Kam Varaitch is a highly experienced solicitor specialising in Criminal Law, Road Traffic, and Regulatory Offences. He joined the firm in 1999, was promoted to Senior Solicitor in 2006, and took on the responsibility of managing the Crown Court department in 2011. In 2025, Kam was made a Partner.
Kam qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has since worked tirelessly to defend his clients ‘ interests in both the Magistrates ‘ and Youth Courts, locally and nationally. He has represented clients charged with offences across the spectrum—from speeding to murder. Kam adopts a calm and thorough approach to every case, whether it involves burglary, shoplifting, serious sexual offences, or violent crime.
He advises and represents both individuals and companies facing prosecutions brought by the Crown Prosecution Service, Local Authorities, and Regulatory Bodies.
Kam is regularly instructed privately to represent clients at risk of losing their livelihoods due to Road Traffic Law prosecutions. He frequently advances Exceptional Hardship and Special Reasons arguments to help clients retain their driving licences.
A skilled and experienced advocate, Kam appears before the courts daily and has built an excellent reputation and loyal client base across the Thames Valley and surrounding areas. Much of his work comes from repeat clients and referrals from other law firms with whom he has developed strong working relationships.
Kam supervises the IBB Crown Court department, regularly handling complex and demanding caseloads, including Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) prosecutions.
He provides representation at the police station and prides himself on offering continuity of service from arrest through to trial. Clients repeatedly instruct Kam because he is friendly yet tenacious, hardworking, and conscientious, always striving to achieve the best possible outcomes.
