Fiona is an Administrator and Paralegal working within the Criminal Defence Team, supporting the Head of Private Crime.

Fiona has extensive experience in law firm operations and administration. She began her career at a small law firm that went on to become one of the largest practices in the South-East. During this period, Fiona played a key role in the firm ‘s growth, managing office administration, internal relocations, building maintenance and operational processes. She also supported fee earners across various departments, including private client work, litigation and criminal law.

Fiona spent nine years in the Cayman Islands, where she worked as an Office Manager and collaborated with senior leadership to establish a litigation department. The firm represented a range of overseas clients based in the UK, the US and Brazil.

On returning to the UK in 2013, Fiona joined IBB Law LLP. In 2025, she became part of the criminal defence team following the establishment of IBB Crime with HAL Solicitors.
