Andrew is a partner at the firm having originally been one of the founding partners of Ally Lindsay solicitors before its merge with P.E.P Honke solicitors in 2007 to form HAL Solicitors.

Now overseeing and principally working within the conveyancing team Andrew ensures the firm continues to provide the highest quality of service through membership of the Law Society ‘s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

In addition Andrew regularly appears at the magistrates court, having over 20 years ‘ experience as a criminal defence lawyer. He is a Criminal Higher Rights advocate, a qualification he has now held for over 15 years and has a represented clients there for a wide range of matters including grievous bodily harm and serious drug offences such as importation of drugs, possession with intent to supply.

Andrew is a qualified Notary Public and provides a separate Notarial service for both individual and corporate clients. His notarial practice is regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
